Lower Level

  • Bar area in cafe, attach to wall
  • Repair gouges in laminate countertop
  • Lights cleaned/replace fluorescent bulbs
  • Backside of steps cleaned

Upper Level

  • Clean Vents in Ceiling
  • Baseboard that is missing replaced, cleaned
  • Wall repair, lobby
  • Floors redone, buffed (once new Children's area is completed)

Outside

  • Install new landscape lighting
  • Weed landscaping
  • Remove small landscape area east of driveway
