What are your services like?
Fun, real and lively, just like hanging out with a couple hundred of your favorite friends! We have great music and the message is more friendly conversation than 'preachy'. You'll especially love the part where we dance around with chicken heads on sticks! (That's a joke.) A typical service includes about 30 minutes of music and a 30 minute message. Clothes! Seriously - wear what makes you comfortable - jeans, t-shirts, shorts. No supermodels attend Riverside, so unless you're a fashionista we won't try to impress you with our designer looks. What you wear isn't as important to us as helping you connect with God.How do I get to Riverside Church?
Our Main Auditorium and Summit youth facilities are located at 1014 Riverside Rd. at the intersection of Mitchell and Riverside Road in Saint Joseph. Click here for a map and turn-by-turn directions. Senior and handicapped parking is provided.What about my children?
We love 'em! Kids have a blast at Riverside with fun and interactive programs for nursery age (under 3 years), preschool (ages 3-5 years) and elementary grades (1-5). We make sure your children are safe and well cared for while they're with us. Check out the ARC (Kids!) section on this website for more details. The older dudes and dudettes (Jr. High and High School) hang with us on Sunday mornings and then rock out on Sunday and Wednesday nights at EPIC in the Loft.
